THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF MERCEDES ESL

All fuses have electricity apart from 22-25 which the handbook says are for motor electronics. I suppose what I’m wanting to know is the place are those fuses drawing their power source from? Is there every other things that may very well be triggering just Individuals Fuses not to get any energy? Any help of any kind is tremendous
